I love ordering from Lulus. Clothes are reasonable on trend. I love seeing customer feedback and images- it is one of the main reasons I gave it a try. The only thing i had a problem with was a return. the day my return was due to not be charged was a Sunday. I printed my label on a Friday afternoon and while I dropped it off at a UPS site it was not sent out until Monday and I was charged. I did contact your customer support and they rectified it so that helped but it made it a stressful return. overall tho. still love Lulus and will order again. thank you.
