I have sent emails as well as chat online to return my items, and I still have not received a response. I have provided my order numbers while also requesting return labels. Nothing.

I love the way you get these promo codes. But what really make Lulu's special I'd the customer service. They are so professional and you don't have to wait 4 days for a response. My clothes always fit and shoes as well and they look exactly like it look on website. My clothes always ships for free and comes in a timely manner. And the icing on the cake is the cute cards, thank you cards that come with your order. I like be them. I haven't been to a mall I'm 3 years and I haven't worn the same thing twice yet!!!!
