This is the second time LuLus delivers my package via OnTrac . The same courier who stole my first package . Now I’m still waiting for this package which still hasn’t arrived . I used to love this website , now it seems like it has gone downhill .

Lost My Order

Item was supposed to arrive by 12/17, yesterday. I received an email that the item was shipped on 12/12, but the tracking never updated. The carrier claims they never received the package, and Lulu's claims they delivered the pack. Lulu's says an investigation will take 5 business days, at which point they will find my package or refund me. The item is now out of stock, so I can't even reorder it in time for my event. Very disappointed in the money and time wasted on this company, as they don't seem to care about their customers.

Finger weg!

Ich habe für Neujahr ein paar schöne Kleider dort bestellt. Als das Paket ankam musste ich leider feststellen, dass die keider gar nicht den Erwartungen entsprechen und wirklich Billigware aus China sind für über 100€?? Das ist totaler Betrug. Und dazu kommt noch das ich jetzt die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen kann. Was mich aber am meisten aufregt: ich habe insgesamt 302€ bezahlt und zurück erstattet bekomme ich nur 230€ ?? Wie kann das sein? Ich gehe also über 100€ minus aus dieser Sache raus Und der Kundenservice antwortet mir nicht Finger weg!

Positively surprised by quality

I am positively surprised by the quality I received. I was very reluctant to purchase something after reading the mixed reviews. I ended up getting a jumpsuit with an embroidered top. The quality of the fabric is quite good, the embroidery is nicely done with no missing beads or access threads. I checked the reviews of the product beforehand and went with the recommendations of sizing. I wanted the fit to be snug so I got the smaller size (I'm ususally between sizes) and it ended up fitting exactly like I wanted it to - quite a feat, especially with the pants. The order was dispatched within the day and arrived 4 days later at my door. I would definitely try again.

I bought three dresses to try on for a military ball since all of the dresses on the site have inconsistent sizes. I kept one of them and returned the other two that I tried on briefly. They would not refund the money to my account because they said there was “hair/fiber” on the dress. They issued the refund to my Lulus account instead? Super shady! I will never ever ever buy another article of clothing from this company. I never leave bad reviews but trying to look out for others out there!

Return costs are huge

The dresses I ordered matched the descriptions and images on the website, and the quality was fine. However, the return process was a significant disappointment. I had to pay approximately €80 to return items that didn’t fit - essentially the price of an entire dress. This steep return cost completely undermines the shopping experience, and for this reason, I wouldn’t order from this site again.

Great quality but horrible customer service

Right now that I’m writing this, I’m so pissed. First, I wanna start off with the fact that I LOVE LULUS quality. Perfect quality for little price, very cute, and definitely NOT Shein or forever21 quality. Like 90% of my clothes are Lulus and I spent more than 5000 bucks during the past year on Lulus clothes. My main issue is customer service. It happened to me 2 times that I didn’t receive my packages. This time, it was only 27 bucks. But $27 is $27. I called them and asked them for a replacement and not even a refund and they mentioned they don’t hold any responsibility and I should call USPS. As we all know it’s extremely hard to get to talk to a real person in USPS. So, I went there in person and they also didn’t hold responsible for my package. (It says delivered on the website but I never received it) I contacted Lulus again, and they literally treated me like I’m lying over 27 bucks, and that they made an exception for me before. (They didn’t. I had like $200 worth of packages stolen before, where Lulus said they will refund me. But the thief for some reason brought it back, I guess bc XS didn’t match them? And I let Lulus know ASAP, and I got no refund. They also made me add “signature required” to my packages.” So now that USPS lost my package, they make me feel like I’m lying over 27 bucks. Horrible customer service. At least take a look at how much I spent on Lulus, I assume you have access to my account. I ended up disputing it with my credit card, however, a simple refund for a loyal customer shouldn’t be this difficult. I spent a whole day to fix this. Edit: I read other reviews, and people mentioned they never had an issue with lost/stolen packages despite what it says on the website :( it upsets me even more, bc I feel like it can be a racial motivation too. I have a slight bit of accent, and they might not believe me? This is very upsetting and humiliating, anyways.

This website is terrible and…

This website is terrible and misleading. I bought a dress that didn't fit well and they say they can't return it because it's a promotional item. This is the first time I've seen that a customer doesn't have the right to return something they're not happy with and won't wear. It means I wasted money, but the money went straight into Lulus' pocket. This is a real robbery.

I had ordered a dress for a friends…

I had ordered a dress for a friends wedding and there were some loose strings in the back of the dress. I let them know and they completely refunded my order! The dress was fixable and it fits perfect! Really great customer service!
