The outfit was too small and I went past the 30 days to return so I have an outfit that doesn’t fit and I’m out $60 dollars. Has tags on it. I only tried it on once.

The shoes I ordered with awful. Cheaply made and very narrow. I will never order from Lulu's again. I have asked several times to be removed from your mailing list. PLEASE do not send me any further emails/advertisements. Thank you.

Lots of cute stuff with fast free shipping. Returns would be easier if a return label was included. I don’t have a printer so it’s a hassle when I need to make a return, especially in the 10 day window. I’ve also found that quality of items is low for the price. Several items have appeared damaged after 1-2 uses. When you shop with Lulu’s you are shopping for the convenience, not quality or value.

Lulus is my go to for all special occasion dresses. The quality selection is great and pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend!

I love Lulus. I bought two dresses from here last year. One for my graduation pictures and the other for my ceremony (Azaela Regalia NV and Shura embroidered in yellow). I had to exchange one of the dress due to sizing. I received so many compliments. I ordered a dress two weeks ago for my birthday (Positively Perfect Periwinkle Wrap Dress). This dress was a banger! I looked so good. I bought a white front midi dress for an engagement party at the beach and 2 block heels (tan and mustard). I don't understand the bad complaints. Their return policy is amazing, they give you your money back. No store credit, which is a plus! Seriously, ignore all the salty people
