What a terrible business. My daughter ordered a dress and paid 2 day shipping its been 3. Chatted and they said they can't find her order. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. ..hate Lulu

Placed an order Jan 27. It’s feb 13 and my orders isn’t here just yet. It was supposed to be here on Jan 7th for try on for my bridesmaids. Now it’s super delayed and nothing they can do about it. All they said it’s in another state and at this point we can’t do anything. On top of that I’ve sent all the girls a 20% valentines discount the code the website was providing and now they can’t even use it anymore because it’s going to expire and the dresses aren’t here and we are not able to try it on and pick the perfect dress for them to wear. Very Frustrating.

I love the cute, reasonably-prices clothes, and returns are easy, when necessary. But I’ve found it impossible to stop the daily emails and texts and have tried to unsubscribe to no avail. If I am in the market for a dress, I will go to the website and order one or more. But the constant slamming with promotions is really annoying to the point that Lulu’s May lose a good customer

I am a VIP rewards member, yet when I go to place my order I had no means of using the 20% I was told I got with being a VIP Member. There was no promo code, or email or another method of getting my VIP discount Very misleading and I am very disappointed
