I was looking for a wedding dress and I ordered 6-7 dresses at different times over 3 months and returned all but one (because of my personal preference). Lulu's took back everything returned (timely) with no problems! All of the dresses I ordered were fantastic too, the materials were great, they didn't look cheap, and of course you cant beat the prices. I ultimately settled on a very non-traditional dress and color but I feel amazing in it! I will definitely be shopping LuLu's again!
