I purchased two small model yachts from this company for my twin Grandsons. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit and they were unable to supply a replacement despite searching for alternative suppliers. Their Managing Director contacted me personally and they refunded the money for one of the boats without question. Excellent customer relations - I would recommend this company.

Toyella had the product I wanted when others didn't. It was sent promptly and arrived in Australia in a short amount of time. Very happy with the service and product and will shop with them again.

I ordered an easy rider balance bike for my daughters birthday, left it a bit late (ordered Thursday lunchtime, her birthday was on the Sunday!) I added a note to the order explaining the urgency, and was amazed to receive an email half an hour later to say it had been dispatched! The bike was delivered the following morning. Amazing service and to top it off at the time Toyella was the cheapest stockist of the bike. The quality of the bike is great, really well made, my daughter has not had many chances to use it yet but I am sure it will become a firm favourite!

Finding what I was looking for was mostly easy but they didn't have some of the worry-eaters I wanted. Packaging was good. Delivery was neither super speedy nor awfully slow. It was as expected based on other shopping experiences.

I ordered a gift for my nephew who lives in Spain. The website is easy to use and has various delivery options. I chose delivery through Royal Mail (5 to 7 days untracked). I did worry about this after it had been ordered incase it did not arrive but exactly six days later it arrived. My nephew was very happy and so was I. Thank you Toyella!
