Very impressed with the whole process from finding the website for the first time (never heard Of them before but will definitely 'visit' it again: easy to use, good help with appropriate searches and categories) to selection and purchase and then receiving goods (which arrived ahead of estimated time). The outer packaging was slightly too big for the item, but the 'protective' inner packaging was fully recyclable (or reusable if you're a crafter) and the product was of good, solid, quality (needed for a two year old child!!) whilst being wonderfully eco-friendly. Have already recommended to friends! :-)
