I ordered a balance bike for my sons birthday, I specifically tried to buy one that was in stock and thought I had. The site indicated it was in-stock (and still does) but it was actually a pre-order and so I discovered too late for the big day, when I chased Toyella. The receipt implied it would be delivered in six working days, leaving plenty of time. Toyella were very prompt replying to my email, saying it was a pre-order that would not be available for 4 weeks and I believe I have a refund on the way. The site now says it's a pre-order (It could have before and I may have missed it) but also still says it's in-stock. Perhaps my fault, but I prefer sites that are much more clear, about what's in stock on not and not having to explain why a presents going to be late!
