I ordered a lock but received a completely different one. I have tried to contact Hiplok/Plus8 via email and the contact form on their website to no avail. I am stuck with an incorrect product.

Ordered and received quickly and efficiently. Haven't used product yet, but appears excellent for what I'll need it for.

Shipping and customer service was prompt and easy. There was a screw up getting the locks key matched but customer service was quick to help remedy the issue.
