Fast delivery and excellent product (so far!)

The tracking number wasn't provided to me upon shipment which, combined with the post person's error resulted in me not knowing what happened to the parcel and that it was stuck at the post office for 6 days. Unpleasant experience. However, when I emailed support they (Kay) were immediately very helpful and approachable and sent me my tracking details. Just wish it had been done earlier. Lock looks good and strong.

I am totally enthusiastic about the product Hiplok Organizer and the very competent and super nice advice from Kay (customer service)! The purchase has already been more than worth it! As a customer I am totally happy and finally the customer is also treated as a human being! Thank you very much Mario (Germany)

The light did not work. Just a tiny light from the lock. I switched to nwe battery but still no good light.

Excellent customer service. Product (Z Lok) has been great but unfortunately developed a fault. Contacted customer service and received a reply from them within 24 hrs. Very helpful and a very satisfactory solution. The CS representative (Kay) is a credit to Hiplok and refreshing to have a positive customer experience. Thank you

Excellent product and service

With my background working in the design product industry, I am always looking at great designs, something that it built to last and how it will fit with my lifestyle effortlessly. I got all that when I purchased my DX lock years and years ago. They say… your product is only as good as your people. It couldn’t be truer ! I would like to send a big shoutout at HIPLOK and especially Charlotte who look after me last week. I am impressed by the service from the initial enquiry to the fast resolution of my problem. I bought 2 hiplok airlocks a couple of years ago - great products and very secure. Recently I lost the keys to one of them. I hadn’t registered the codes with hiplok so thought I’d give them a call to maybe see if they could help. I spoke to Kate who was very sympathetic to my cause despite this being my own stupid fault! She offered to email me with some instructions for a locksmith and also volunteered to copy in the founders of the company so that the locksmith could get in touch with them if there was difficulty getting the lock open! Great service. A little later she called me back as her email to me had bounced back, which I also thought was good tenacity. Overall I thought this was a great bit of customer service and hiplok should be proud of having Kate as a frontline customer facing agent having to deal with muppets like me - moral of the story - register your key codes when you install your locks. Oh, I found the keys after all that!

I can really say much about the service or the product because I haven’t received anything yet. So for the moment, bad, really bad.
