The service is always excellent.

VERY disappointing!!! After months of waiting for my documents, they said they thought they weren´t authentic so they refused to proceed with the servicies, refund my money nor answering my emails.

This company seems to be doing their trick to make people pay more for fast-track service by delaying everything. They delay checking document. They will check the document sent after more than 10 working days when the time frame document should be ready as normal service 15 working days. After that, they will make an excuse to delay again by checking etc and will put in another 15 working days. So if you need to use this service I warn you to have plenty of patience or more money to spend as they did not work professional as they should be. More money will get more quickly done or you will be doomed like me. No idea will be how long I can get my document done.

I appreciate the respect that my advisor had towards me. I came with quite a complex problem, but she handled it so graciously and efficiently. She was very personable and worked very hard to help, and ultimately exceeded my expectations. I am very appreciative... I've applied on 19.04.23 and still waiting for my diploma equvalency. They changed completion date 3 times now and asked for extra documents each time which they should be checked and informed me before the completion dates. Also I have a friend who has almost the same situation and they didn't ask her for those extra documents and sent her equvalency in one month....?!?
