Validity of NARIC EVALUATION
Am stuck on what next to do???? I was evaluated by then UK NARIC but now I am told to do a new evaluation with ecctis as my NARIC EVALUATION didn’t state my English Proficiency. Does it mean my NARIC Statement of Comparability is not valid anymore????

ENIC’s monopoly and its ridiculous condition to only accept Dialexy’s translations
I got a conditional offer for teacher training, depending on the ENIC’s evidence of my comparable qualifications. Even though I already have a certified translation of my degree, ENIC wants me to pay to Dialexy to have it translated again. My degree was translated by a court interpreter dr Branimir Lukšić in Croatia. He was also a doctor of law. I find this that ENIC doesn’t recognise other certified translations disrespectful and wrong on so many levels. I asked Dialexy for a quote to translate my degree and my grades. They want £400! Teacher training cost about £9000 and it is unsalaried. If the Department for Education so desperately needs teachers, they should help those who want to become teachers. I find this process with ENIC, its monopoly and their condition to only use the expensive Dialexy translations unacceptable and therefore decided not to do the teacher training in England. Another thing is the refund from ENIC. It is disgusting that they don’t give the full refund “because of the administration’s costs”. What administration’s costs-you haven’t done any work! REPLY TO ENIC'S COMMENT: Trustpilot says that you asked for "more details to better understand my experience". I had already given you all the details in the messages on your website (Enquiry Number: 4000794208). I have told you that I had already given you a certified translation of my degree. You asked for my grades to be translated and I told you how much Dialexy quoted for that. I didn't get any reply regarding that at all. You could have replied (in your messages on your website) and said that you would have accepted other certified translations, but you didn't say that. How can people know which ones you would accept and which one you wouldn't?! The SCIIT provider (where I had a conditional offer to train) contacted you to see what can be done regarding the translations and informed me about your answer after that. They said: "At the moment we cannot accept you onto the course as you cannot show us evidence of your comparable qualifications. While I appreciate getting these translated is costly you would have to do this at least for your degree. It does have to be translated by a company that ENIC accept." As I said I'd already had my degree translated (a certified translation!) and you still asked for it to be translated again! P.S I know that you're the designated agency for comparison of international qualifications, within the UK. I don't know how or who decides that you get to be that, but there must be a better and more respectful way to do it than how you're doing it now. After your second reply: It’s not true what you’re saying: I did submit the certified translation of my degree!!! I added that my degree has been recognised as a master (magistra) in medical biochemistry and that wasn’t translated. My original degree was translated by a court interpreter dr. Branimir Lukšić. It also has a stamp of his office. Your waiver service should include Croatian. It is a discrimination to just include certain languages. You have Serbian and Macedonian included, but you don’t have Croatian!
Great Customer Service
I think I appreciate the fact that you listened to me when there was a delay you were great at customer service. If you asked me if I will work with you again, the answer is YES.
