Very straightforward professional service

I had requested a statement of comparability and have been bluntly told that I will not get the tickboxes (as they use for math and English) for no reason. I've paid over 130£ now in total (including translation fees) for them to tell me that they can not help me with this request, REGARDLESS OF ME ASKING WHAT ELSE IS NEEDED TO GET THE SERVICE I PAID FOR?!?! They just come back with a simple answer: no other documents can change the outcome. DISGRACE! Much for 'we provide this service for everyone with any degree/qualifications worldwide'. Discrimination/scamming first class!
