Recipient loved how beautifully presented and the quality of the wines and treats. Sending from Australia and unsure of product when ordering I am super impressed with whole experience. What was shown on gift tree web sight was exactly what was delivered and arrived on the day as requested. Thank you Gift Tree. We have used GiftTree several times now, first finding them after a few poor experiences with Harry & David. We'll never go back as everything is always of the highest quality and care. You can't go wrong with them.

Not sure why but it took three attempts…

Not sure why but it took three attempts and not delivery. I gave them the recipients phone number and they left a voice mail for recipient. Then I left a voice mail for recipient. I placed my order August 26th My google search and you website led me to believe that you were local to Pittsburgh and the item would be delivered promptly. Gift was finally delivered on September 15. Does not instill with confidence. I did order another gift order and it was delivered more promptly. But you know what they say about first impressions. I am searching for another gift company for subsequent gifts. Thank you.

I was helped by Stephanie. To be honest, there wasn't one aspect that was not perfect. She even helped me pick out specific types of baskets for a diabetic and large attorney office. My order was 14(13 of the same and one different). She got me a $20 discount on an $89.99 basket. We must have exchanged a dozen emails and phone calls. They are currently being delivered, I think I am waiting on the last three noticed of delivery. Come Christmas, there will be at least six more I will need. A wonderful and smooth experience and process. Thank you.

The customer service was terrific

The customer service was terrific. Great communications! There was a concern with the delivery but all worked well. And I appreciate the help and concern from Gift Tree personnel too! I received word today that the Basket has arrived and they LOVED it! So thank you! I will definitely be buying from GiftTree again!

Delayed delivery and bad customer service

I have been a Gift tree customer for many years. This is the 3rd or the 4th time I have had an issue with them. My package was again delayed and this time again by 5 days. It was for my friend's 50th birthday, I had a sat delivery scheduled and paid extra for the weekend delivery instead of the free delivery option. It did not reach till the following Thursday. I had to call and email them couple of times. The worse part was that even if it was not their fault as they kept saying its the shipping company's delay, they did not bother to inform me of the delay till I called them and even after promising to keep me informed did not keep me posted. Refused to give me any compensation other than a 50% reimbursement on my shipping fee. I am very disappointed and will probably think twice before ordering from them or recommending them to my friends and family.

Not worth the money

Basket did not arrive looking like the picture online. Basket was practically empty - a few pieces of fruit and some cookies at the bottom. Could have bought that myself for way less money! Very disappointed.

Doesnt look like the one in the picture but still neat

I thought the final package will look like the one shown in the picture when I first ordered. But it was still neatly packaged.
