This is the worst company to order…
This is the worst company to order anything from. I placed this order 3 weeks ago to be delivered on August 27 for my sister's birthday and now I find out you don't even know when it will be delivered. How can you trust a company that can't even ensure deliveries are made? I talked to you customer service and they offered no compensation for this fiasco except to say sorry.... You can believe that I will never be ordering from this company with this kind of non caring customer service. And I will be posting a review of your company as well to warn others of your uncaring company and non delivery as scheduled with an " Oh well' attitude. I'm very disappointed. Looks like I will be a first time and last time customer

Late Delivery
Gift Tree uses UPS 2nd day air to deliver, not a local retailer. I was sending to a Major Hospital, I put the room number and specified it was a room number. They listed it as a suite with UPS and UPS would not deliver it. It was delivered a week after it was suppose to be delivered, after I contacted the company and UPS 3 time. The item had perishables inside and the patient changed rooms during the delay which created even more issues.
