I am very disappointed in this company. Last Wednesday I ordered a gift to be delivered on Saturday the 12th September. It is now the 15th and I have no news that it has been delivered. Warnings of delays due to Covid were given after the payment page!!! I chose this company because of its excellent reviews. I really don't know what happened. I have also written 3 times to enquire the gift whereabouts and have had no response.
