The positive aspects of shopping here are below. The negatives, however, outweigh the advantages, so I shall NOT order from here unless I'm desperate. Of the three gifts ordered, 1 (one) arrived on time. One was late to the most important recipient of all (cancer patient birthday). No notification until I called when it had failed to arrive. I have little trust or faith in their service. The ability to shop and order gifts for several people, choose deliveries at different times, and ship to different addresses was wonderful. I would have bought more if certain products were labeled, designated or advertised as gluten-free. Another plus was the ability to pay for my purchase on PayPal. Made my busy day!!

I’ve used Gift Tree for many years....great products and good service. I was surprised to see a $24.99 Service Fee and contemplated cancelling the order because of it. Decided to stick with my order but may need to search for a less expensive way to recognize special events in my colleagues lives..

My receipt on two separate orders was not emailed as expected after the transactions processed.
