My husband and I have been using gift tree for years now and they deliver amazing baskets. This last time the only concern I had is that the gift message card was not delivered so that's why I dropped 1 star. My recipient didn't know who it was from and wound up calling us as a guess.

I ordered two bottles of the Personalized wine to deliver to the same address. When checking out, it indicated that the delivery day of September 14 is free delivery and I chose it. After payment, you charged me $4.95 standard delivery fee for each bottle for a total of $9.90. This breaches the customer's trust.

I have ordered several gift baskets from Gift Tree for my family. Every one of them has excellent. Have tried other companies but they have not lived up to the same standard and quality that Gift Tree offers. Would highly recommend this company.

I received gifts and ordered from your website before and was never disappointed. However, this last order was a complete embarrassment for the price. It contained only 3 fruits and a few chocolate bars. I will never order from your site again or recommend you.

Did not arrive on time. Disappointed since I ordered ahead of time. What's the point of a delivery gift for an anniversary if it isn't on time?

I actually did not see this gift, since I am in NY and the person I sent it to is in California. My sister moved out there and I thought it might help her to relax after such a big move. My niece was kind enough to send me a photo and it did look very nice. My sister did enjoy it.
