When I searched for a sympathy gift for a good friend, Gift tree popped up, so I searched. Never being on this site before, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I was looking for with super ease. I paid for the package to be delivered on Sept 2 and I just got an email saying it will be delivered on the 4th. Very very disappointed

There was a problem with delivering wine to the rural place I was sending my gift. Someone called right away and explained and then made everything right by a fee refund and a wonderful looking basket. My sister-in-law took a picture and thanked me via text. Thank you GiftTree!
