This operation has wonderful gift options and I will be using them again. But something unfortunate happened and I think they under-reacted when I informed customer service. My sister’s 50th Birthday gift was set to arrive on her birthday, and over 10 days have gone by and she still had not received it. The package was sitting in their store with the UPS label for pick up for 15 days at this point. I asked them to make it right, and they only kinda did. They offered to overnight the package with an apology note. Personally I think my sister should have gotten some kind of a bonus gift. Turning 50 is a special birthday, and I was counting on Gift tree to help make it special. You only turn 50 once. And when GiftTree dropped the ball, I think an apology note was an under-reaction. Nonetheless I know mistakes happen and I really like their stuff. Their customer service people were certainly kind about it.

I gave you a four star because I wanted to order Happy Birthday Balloon Bouquet and you did not have it. You had it, but for some reason, you don't carry it now. I do love your products though.
