This Sympathy gift order was placed on Tuesday and was not promised for delivery til Friday, which was too long. However, I then received a message indicating that the order would now be delayed til Monday. This delivery of the sympathy gift missed the required deadline.

I had first placed an order with Amazon with an estimated delivery date of about 5 days. When my delivery date came and went I cancelled my order and placed an order with Gift Tree instead. I was able to pick my delivery date and despite their disclaimer on the website that said orders could be delayed due to Covid-19 they still delivered the gift on time. The recipients were very happy with the gift as well. Great service all around!

You guys took the money and never received the gift nor the money on top of it atleast you should have informed , if there is something wrong it’s was my anniversary gift to my husband as we are in long distance it’s just made me sad and i couldn’t gift him any thing , i think you guys are the verst and thank you for spoiling a precious day of my life .
