The item I ordered wasn't available, so they were very prompt to call me and offer a comparable designer choice. I agreed to that. My sister was very happy to receive this flower arrangement and described it to me. It sounded like they went beyond comparable in the type of flowers that were in this arrangement. Thank you!

Great products but the prices of the product fluctuate too often. I'd have it in my cart as on sale but then if I accidentally refreshed the page it would goes back to full price. After refreshing the page numerous times and searching the product over and over again I finally managed to purchase it for a sale price but it was still higher than when it was in my cart originally. It seems there may be some bugs with the site. Very frustrating.

Edit: All shipping updates had gone to my spam folder! Shipped on time. Still waiting for arrival but otherwise, good. No customer service. Took a week to ship.
