I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!! Ordered a gift basket for a friends Mom's passing. Ordered a $280.00 basket on July 19th and paid to have expedited shipping. So SHOULD have been delivered on July 22nd. NO BASKET.... Called and talked to Sylvia and explained how the basket did not arrive and we wanted it there when all the family would be able to enjoy all the basket items. She told me she was sorry and she would refund the expedited shipping costs! I said we had wanted the basket delivered when all the family was there and she asked me if there was an alternate address she could have it shipped to? What???? No, the family's house is where everyone had gathered from EVERYWHERE. In town, out of town, neighbors so why the hell would I want to send it to a alternate address? I just wanted it delivered early. I asked if she could cancel the order and she said "it has already shipped, I could try to see if I can cancel it". So I HAD to ask her if she could give me a discount since it had already shipped and clearly was not going to get there in time for the family gathering. She gave me $50.00 off and we were now looking at the date of July 29th. Today is July 29th and guess what???? NO BASKET!!! Looks like it was delayed in North Carolina. This basket has wine and chocolates in it and because of the heat this time of the year we paid for expedited shipping. Now it has been 10 days and still no basket. I will never use this company again!!!! Poor service and it just seems like no one cares about getting things done correctly. There are so many other companies that do gift baskets and I will definitely use a different one for my next order. This company just doesn't care!

Beautiful Baskets

I got this company off of one of my credit card special offers. I could not be happier. Their baskets are beautiful and there are a lot of varieties to chose from. I ordered a basket for my daughter and I picked a Saturday for the basket to be delivered (Sat. cost extra). By 9 pm on that Saturday, the basket was still not delivered , so I emailed the company that I was unhappy about paying for delivery and it did not get delivered. The basket got delivered Sunday morning and I was emailed bright and early Monday from their customer service , not only apologizing for the delay but letting me that they already put in for a refund for the delivery to my credit card company. I would definitely order from them again. Please check them out!!!!

Great site to have thoughtful gifts…

Great site to have thoughtful gifts delivered to loved ones. I miss seeing my family members abs sending their favorite items we used to share together makes things bareable. I used this site in the past for anniversary gifts to my husband at his work and he loved them. Now Im sending gifts to my elderly family members who I have to distance myself from for their safety. At least I can send them a gift letting them know I'm thinking of them.

There was about 5 flowers in a vase that was too big, and the flowers weren’t even cut down to make it even appear kind of full. It was $80 and it was about $75 too much. EDIT: Gifttree was incredibly kind even after my initial irritated email and offered adequate compensation.
