The customer service is amazing, but the quality of the product is very bad, i bought burberry hero “ parfum” The lasting is around 10 minutes only and you can smell that there’s too much alcohol in it, before i buy I tested the perfume in sephora and it lasted around 5 days, i think they sold me a fake perfume, I really regret buying from them.

I have bought recently a niche perfume as a gift for another person asking for home delivery and they assisted me step by step via whatsapp as I don't live in their country. Before, I had already submitted some requests and doubts to their attention receiving clear and exhaustive answers. The perfume is great and the person who received it was really happy with it. Delivery process was also ok.

I bought two perfumes from the Burjuman Exit 4 shop, which are Duke and Versace. Justine was very helpful and attentive. She recommended the best fragrance products to us.

I purchased a Versace perfume from Sharaf DG Metro Station. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the product’s quality. The tester I was given to try and the sealed product I received appear to be completely different. The fragrance of the perfume fades within 5 minutes of application, which is unacceptable for a brand like Versace. Based on my experience, I suspect the product may be counterfeit. I had been sending email for the complaint to check the issue but no one seems interested. This is really disappointing & waste of money.
