I'd give them 0 if I could. I ordered a product from them in the morning of the 13th April and upped the order quantity to 2 in order to obtain a free 24 Hour Tracked delivery. On 17th April, when my order was still showing as "Being Processed", I phoned Rio Health only to be told that Rio Health used a fulfilment house and deliveries were nothing to do with them. I was told that I shouldn't worry as my order would be with me, either on the 17th or 18th. Interesting take on paying someone for goods and a service that shouldn't be in doubt - 24 Hour Tracked is pretty specific. Today I received an update on my order and it is currently with Royal Mail in Swansea, quite a distance from Exeter where I live. I fully understand that deliveries can go wrong for a variety of reasons but the reason that I have written this review is the flippant and off hand treatment that I received when calling the company. Not good and sufficient for me never to use them again!

My order has not been delivered. I have sent email to you, but have not a reply as yet. Please could you advise me of delivery date ASAP.
