You haven't delivered yet! Please sort out, ordered on 2/2/23. Not here on 23/2/23. Arrived after the above Trust Pilot review with apologies. This is the first time this has ever happened for me with Rio Health

I still have not received my order ORDER #RH22483 from 25 January

Apart from minor blip with a slight delay, i cannot fault at all the service provided, as customer services got back to me promptly and courteous. My package arrived and im more than happy returning back to this company. The product i use is a quality product, im a very happy customer

ALREADY RESPONDED TO THIS

Ordered over one month ago and still not arrived ! Contacted via email and no response either to asking where order is , Monday morning I’m contacting my bank , be carful might be a scam. As of 19th Feb still heard nothing. Order places 23rd of January , not to good.

I had occasion to call customer services and they were very helpful and friendly on the phone.

Order came 3 days sooner than expected. Great product.
