The item I ordered wasn't in stock at the warehouse the order went to, but I wasn't informed or the order forwarded to a different warehouse. When I investigated what happened, the issue was dealt with swiftly and I received my package soon thereafter.

I've enjoyed the product

I've enjoyed the product, has been spot on, but feel ripped off that I paid extra for next day delivery but it didn't turn up for 4 days.

I had to pay more than expected

I have not received information on the shipment of the order in advance and I received them late only after I requested via email. Upon arrival of the package, I had to pay €13 for customs fees which were not foreseen or indicated at the time of purchase.
