Ordered on the 27/12/22. We are now on 17/01/23 and I STILL haven’t received my order. I emailed in the new year and it took over a week to reply. I was assured that my order would be with me by Saturday just gone, 14/01/23 but STILL nothing! Really disappointed as I’ve ordered from them before and had no trouble.

Nearly 4 weeks since order placed. Still not arrived, emailed company with no response after 3 days.

I think something may have gone wrong with the order system. I received a message to say the item was on its way with a Royal Mail tracking number. I rang to say it was over 2 weeks since despatch to be told the item was out of stock and I had been refunded.

To be honest I was a bit dubious Listening to reviews about its goodness and I’m not a tea person. I have 2-3 cups a day to hopefully help my bladder and I’m pretty surprised how nice and refreshing it is. Enjoy
