Outstanding Experience
Everything about my experience with this company was outstanding. I ordered an engagement ring for my fiance and it came quickly. The presentation was excellent as was the quality. What's more, I needed a resizing and, true to their word on the website, it was done quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough about their customer service. As soon as I sent an email, they responded within minutes. Not hours. Minutes. Everything about this company and experience was top-notch. I highly recommend it.
$400 earrings with only one back
I ordered $400 earrings. They come with a special back and I only received one back. After emails with customer service and an image sent I haven’t received an earring back to complete my order in almost a month.
Beautiful item, poor service & representation
They tell you conflicting information, they messed up my order and their pics don't reflect the actual product exactly. Ie my bracelet looked like brushed rose gold and it is highly polished. All that being said, I do like my bracelet. I don't trust the locking mechanism as it has fallen open twice in 1 month since owning it. Would suck to lose a $2600 item!
Absolutely useless customer service
Absolutely useless customer service, offering no real solutions for delay on the item. Only that I should hope that it will arrive before the scheduled FedEx delivery date whilst the ring should already be here on 6/7 March as I paid for express shipping. Terrible service, avoid them!

Shipping took more than 1 month
I was ordering something for a specific date. I ordered it well in advance to deal with potential shipping issues - I gave extra two weeks for my order. I was tracking status of the shipment and noticed that for several days it was stuck at customs. I called Angara representatives 3 times asking them so solve the problem. Every time they were telling me that they talk to some other department and have issue resolved but status of the package at customs never changed. I had to call customs myself and provide them with required information and I believe only after that shipment was cleared. All together it took almost a month.
