Not a company to trust or deal with.

The company was neither helpful nor constructive. I received the necklace at 2pm. Lovely. That is where it stops. I tried to remove the necklace a few hours later, and the chain came apart and the pendant fell to the floor. Part of the chain was missing and the rest was in 2 pieces. Thank goodness I had not left the house. When I called Angara on Monday, they told me that I must have broken the chain. They would not send me a new chain without my paying for return. I posed the question that would have happened if I had left the house and the chain broke 3 hours after I got it. He said I guess you'd have to buy a new pendant. Really! These people are the worst and really, you can't trust their chains and clasps at all. Same thing happened to Gregory on March 20th. The company won't call back like they say. Don't trust them.

The customization options for the rings is phenomenal. Also had a great customer service experience when I needed to request a delay in shipping on my purchase. Yosh Matthew got back to me very quickly, and was very helpful.

Poor quality, bad customer service

I actually genuinely don’t believe the positive reviews. I have had nothing but problems the whole five years I’ve had my ring. It is really poorly made and the small stones along the band pop out constantly. The warranty is fake and they make you pay for repairs. I love my ring so much but this has genuinely been a terrible experience that none of my family/friends with rings from other stores have gone through. Really cheaply and poorly made and rude unhelpful customer service.

One of my Best Online Customer Service Experience!!

I have to say this was one of my best Customer service experiences online. Caroline D'souza has been phenomenal and has been assisting me with my Diamond earring exchange from Day 1. She made it flawless and had regular updates for me on the entire progress and process!!Trust me, it was so easy! I really appreciated the very prompt responses, updates and the sincere honest genuine attention to a client’s needs! Thank you so much Caroline! I’ll be back for more!

Company is great

Company is great. Rose kelly emailed back right away when I hit the support email. I had forgotten to hit expedited shipping and asked if I could change it to that and pay some how. They ended up shipping it expedited free of charge! Very professional and helpful.
