The pictures, descriptions, and dimensions were really good. The actual ring was much better than what was depicted. We would definitely by more jewellery from Angara again.

I loved the ring when I saw it on line but when I received it I was absolutely blown away. The sparkle, the shine was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the prongs snag things often. Not sure how to fix that issue.

The Representative, Barbara Stein, who assisted me was incredible, she was awesome, she provided grand customer service, she was professional and very sincere, she made my experience impeccable. Then when I received the actual product, it was just as it was illustrated in the picture online. I inadvertently received an additional product, the return and ease of returning and receiving my refund was seamless. I will definitely do business with Anagara again the future.

The pendant that I ordered was truly stunning - better than I hoped for. I am sure my wife will love it when I give it to her for her birthday next week. The web site as standard included a 18 inch yellow gold chain with the pendant. I wanted a 20 inch white gold chain, and was willing to pay to upgrade. I also wanted and ordered a second 20 inch white gold chain for another pendant that was provided as part of a promotional campaign. There was no option on the web page to do this, so I phoned customer service. They said there would be a place on the check out page to add comments/requests, and quoted a price for the upgrades that I was happy with. However there was no such comment/request facility at check out. I emailed customer service, who said that my request would be forwarded on to their jeweller for action. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and the order was shipped with “standard” chains only. I am now stuck with 2 chains that I don’t want, and there is not enough time to send them back before my wife’s birthday. I am going to have to spend extra money and time locally sorting it out. I was disappointed.

Good customization options and nice jewelry box (although the included light was not flattering). I keep getting spam emails to leave a review though, without the ability to unsubscribe for them.

My experience was overall a positive one. The website is quite intuitive and easy to navigate. When reaching out to customer service, questions were answered quickly and promptly. Shipment of item was quick and on time. My only issue was the ambiguity of the origin of the stone. In saying that, the quality of the product is excellent and the receiver loved the ring. Thank you Angara.
