My experience with this company was wonderful the delivery time was impeccable and the simplicity of building the item you want was super simple along with it being quality made and well worth the prices. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to either treat themselves or whomever to a bit of jewellery.

It took me months of research between local jewelers and a few online jewelers, to find and decide on a special ring. I was reluctant to make such a significant purchase online. But, it was Angara's awards & Customer reviews which persuaded me to take the chance on Angara. Angara's huge selection and customization was so simple to navigate on their website & instantly view my choices. The Bezel-set 4 carat Peridot with diamond halo ring, is even more spectacular in person. The quality of craftsmanship is clearly obvious, giving this large stone a sparkling elegance on your hand. (I was worried the 4 carat gem may look over done or gaudy - but it absolutely does not) I live in a small community in Northern Ontario, Canada, so I was amazed that I received my ring (and free gifts) in only 8 days! Angara clearly knows details are important to make the customer feel special, and they succeeded. Right down to the packaging. Inside that cardboard box are glamorous colours of jewels. Within, the box that contained the exquisite peridot ring, is a small light that shines upon it when you open the lid - how cool is that. Like I said, details. My experience with Angara has been fantastic. There were no 'hidden' costs (which I've encountered with other non-Canadian companies). Angara will now be my first choice for any future jewelry shopping I may have! Worry free. My only regret - I should have selected their offer to pay in 3 installments, lol.

Service. Needed to return and wanted to get a different bracelet. Worked with Barbara and the whole process was very simple and very smooth. She went the extra step to ensure we got a specific stone type for the earrings and pendant thank you gift! My wife loves the bracelet! She says it is stunning!

Every thing was fine from A to Y. The Z missing is for the formula to fill for the U,S. customs, Real pain in the neck. Where to get the formula, slows the procedures for a return. Canada Post refuses to take it, saying «you have to go to Fedex. When i called them explaining I have no car, the parcel was pick up by Fedex. Why do we have to mail a return to United States, when the item is bought from Canada? Will be easier, Amazon than Angara: no formula, but thank you for paying return fees, free gift and 12% discount. Noel Charbonnier - Sherbrooke, QC.
