Firstly I was disappointed as when the topper arrived, I only opened it to see it was the wrong colour, and wanted to send it back. I was willing to buy another wig but you said NO returns due to health regulations. So of course I’m not a happy customer!!!!!!!!!

Used this company twice and I don’t feel the communication is that great. Both times my orders haven’t been posted out that quickly and I can only compare to another company I use that’s speedier and has better communication with their customers.
