Purchased a beautiful belle tress topper (recommended by Kristina) after sending the Jon Renau one back as the colour wasn't suitable. I am absolutely delighted with the topper. It's very lightweight and undetectable on. I went for the colour champagne and apple pie and it is just beautiful. Service as aways is top notch.

Buying a wig is never easy......buying a wig online is even harder! There are so many brands, colours and styles to choose from it can be mind boggling at times. Having said that I found Kristina to be incredibly patient and helpful. She was always so quick to respond to my countless facebook messages (sorry!) and made the whole process so easy. I will definitely be purchasing again and highly recommend them. With so much competition out there, Customer Service is key and I can't find fault with theirs. A very well deserved 5*****

The parcel arrived quick and on time but it wasn’t the right colour so I sent it back ..I didn’t even clip it on it wear it just took out to have a look at the colour and kept it back as it is she emailed me that hair is stuck in it and it’s tangled ..which couldn’t be true cuz I didn’t even try it on ..u have been asking for my money for past 3 days now but haven’t had any reply from her..extensions and hairpieces are returned cuz of colour issues please don’t make it so difficult for ur clients

I was really impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service and by all the little extra touches. For example the little card saying hello beautiful made me smile and feel good and the fact that the package was wrapped in tissue paper made it feel even more special. I also really appreciated the free gift samples. I am also very pleased with the piece I ordered. Delighted with my first ever topper and prompt delivery. I purchased the Belle Tress 14 in butterbeer blonde, a beautiful flattering colour If you prefer soft ashy tones. Love it, so natural looking and comfortable to wear up or down. I think I’ll be making the switch from wigs to toppers in future.
