Remboursement non complet alors que j'ai soigneusement reconditionné l'article dans un colis en remettant bien les éléments de protection du topper comme ils étaient quand j'ai reçu le colis. A peine sorti de l'emballage, j'ai constaté que le topper perdait beaucoup trop de cheveux. Il a suffit de passer la main 10 fois en douceur dans la chevelure pour qu'il me reste une poignée de cheveux dans la main. La moindre des choses aurait été de me rembourser totalement. Cela aurait été honnête.
