Some times i feel that it was slow .

Loved this device in Europe. three people walking around saved tons over using our cellular data plans. Directions, reviews, email and faster than most public WiFi. Definitely rent one on my next trip.

The pocket wifi worked like a charm on my first trip to Tokyo. I would recommend anyone visiting a foreign country to spend the money to get a decent pocket wifi. The only thing I can suggest and I would really really like to see improve, was the web experience of the Vision Global Wifi site. I feel if that was improved It would be the best wholesome experience for any costumer.

Vision Global WiFi has many available pick up and drop off offices in Japan and US to accommodate travelers regardless of what airports you’re coming in/departing from. Check in and check out process were easy and the WiFi itself is easy to use. Their pricing is also very competitive in comparison to other vendors who offers the same type of services. Will definitely use their service again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Took the WiFi trasmitter with me to Japan. Worked great. I could not be more happier with the product.

I rented the portable wifi for my daughter and family while they traveled in France. They said it worked great and did not have any issues with it.
