The property was stunning and spacious , well laid out and a credit to the owners. Everything was thought of including a welcome pack , bbq coals for the bbq and a very informative information pack. Decor and interiors were done to very high standard

We had a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. So well equipped with such gorgeous decor. We’ll definitely look to book here again.

It was a lovely place clean and well equipped. We did have an issue with the flushes which was reported but not fixed while we were there. Would definitely visit again.

I would definitely use this company again. They were so responsive and helpful. Even on a Sunday! Grange Cottage was lovely too. Lovely space in a lovely location. The BBQ could have done with a clean but no big shakes. Kitchen very well equipped. Main bedroom was very comfy though not sure the two smaller one's were as. Two bedrooms had AC which was a god send but would have been great if the other two did also. Kitchen also had it which was great.

We stayed at Woodland House Holiday Lets in Belbroughton as a 3 generational family on 24th - 31st May 2024. We left the house clean and tidy with no knowledge of any damage to the property and to our complete surprise £650 of our security deposit was withheld following our stay. There was no communication or explanation from Luxury cottages as to why. I rang up to enquire and was told the cooker hob had been scratched. We did cook a couple of meals while there but I would say it had minor use at most. We were then sent 2 photos of minor scratches on the hob and told we needed to pay £650. Apparently the same thing had also happened to the people who rented the house before us. Luxury cottages were no help with the issue and told us we had to deal with the owners ourselves if we would like to contest the matter. A new hob was only purchased by the owners 11 weeks after our stay when I pressed for a receipt. People stayed in the house with no issue during this time. To review the rest of stay: - The house in general was clean and tidy - We weren't allowed to adjust the heating ourselves, it was password protected and we were told to message the owners if we needed to change it. It was incredibly hot one day and the heating came on, we had all of the windows and doors open while we tried to contact the owners to ask them to turn the heating off, this took a few hours. - The pool was nice but too cold so we didn't make much use of it. - Two of the bedrooms are in a windowless basement, sleeping there felt a little strange. It also concerned me in case of a fire as the only escape route was the one staircase down to the basement. If you do stay at Woodlands House in Belbroughton, the main thing I would say though is be very careful if you use the hob! Edit- luxury cottages have said that we were informed by the owners of the damage on check out. This is completely untrue. We did not see the owners at check out. The first we knew of any issues was when our deposit was only partially refunded and I rang up to enquire why. Very naughty to say otherwise luxury cottages.

Great cottage. Beautiful location. Fantastic facilities.

Accommodation was great and the gardens of the house were really nice for walking our dogs. We really enjoyed our weekend here, it was very relaxing.

Beautiful cottage. Well equipped and rooms well laid out. A real touch of luxury in the heart of a village with an excellent local pub literally a stones throw away.

The front door which is the principle fire exit has two locks. A mortice and a Yale. The Yale is broken. This means you have to lock yourself in with the mortice. I don’t think this is acceptable from a fire safety perspective. Should you struggle with the lock or worse still take the key out exiting in an emergency would be difficult. I am minded to mention this to the local H+S authority and I wouldn’t book one of your properties again.

This is a delightful place to stay: beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. The location is perfect for relaxing and for visiting lovely places nearby.
