Fantastic accommodation and location

Service from staff first class however the property/communal pool very tired and shabby. Not what I would class as “luxury”. Property not as clean as we would have expected upon arrival. Grounds beautiful and great potential if tidied up.

Always love staying at Lakes Edge. Great cottage with great facilities. Love the hot tub and having the expansive and beautiful grounds to walk around. Great to have access to the pool too. Just a lovely family and dog friendly place.

In all a great week, let down slightly by the microwave that we didn’t use due to it being badly corroded inside and the oven heating element hanging down inside, stopping any grilling. It would be beneficial to have a rubbish recycling guide and a map showing the cottage land borders. Apart from these point a great cottage.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage! The facilities were great, and the estate was beautiful and peaceful. We had a very relaxing week, and our dog absolutely loved the daily walks through the woods. We'll definitely come again!

Fantastic accommodation, scenery and wonderful hotess

Fabulous place to spend 60th birthday with family and a dog. The barn was spotless, the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool was such a bonus and again spotless. Lovely grounds to wander around and a more secure garden area for the dog to roam safely off lead. Communication from start to finish was superb, would definitely recommend.
