Why is it that you are refusing to accept you’ve made a complete mess of handling McClures ex clients trusts etc. You took on far too much. You charged us for getting our trust info, You have replied that i was never a client. If you took over the McClures clients then surely I am your client. Plus we were never informed by yourselves that you had taken over. Even though your names were on our account documents with finance companies. You even managed to loose one of our documents when we requested them returning to us. You must have had it to add your names. So please explain that to me please.

From the first telephone conversation you were very helpful and honest about the strength of case I had and possible outcomes.
