Just wanted to express our thanks to Nikki and the team at Jones Whyte who dealt with our late Mum's estate on our behalf. Jones Whyte did not advise us correctly, took far too long to carry out the work for which we instructed them and made every effort to exaggerate their fees. Our advice, give them a wide berth

I telephoned Emily Duff, although she does not deal with my family trust anymore, she was extremely helpful, patient, and she put my worries at rest regarding my Family Protection Trust queries, she spent a lot of time to explain to me the procedures I was so grateful to her and appreciated all her help

Poor customer service. Poor communication. Still waiting on a £85 refund from a failed attempt at registering my mums POA Poor communication when trying to get information and documents from being a victim of McClures in Greenock. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I've added one date but it was over an 8 month period from June 2023. I used a good local company at a good price instead of these money making rip offs. I can assure JW we were a client of yours. We contacted you to look into my mother's will, POA and trust and ask questions why others were named on the docs. You failed time and time again. We still want our £85 refund from the failed attempt to register her POA. We know we are not getting the fees bk but return the refund.
