We found the service online , after researching Jones white we saw that the company was well rated on Google. I reached out to them for a general overview on how the process works in Scotland as we're moving from England to Ayr . They came back to me with a quote very quickly and then I spoke with weronika who gave me a overview of what to expect with the sales process and legalities. She told me I could call whenever we liked with any questions. As it happened we found a property on purple bricks which works differently in the way they do things . So we popped in the offer for the property and contacted weronika to do the legal offer , which she did within a hour. She then called the next day to advise that our offer had been accepted . We have now been referred to a solicitor to finalise it all, ID check and such and they seem on the ball too. Weronika was easy to reach, calls you back quickly and moves rapidly with the process . She was very friendly, knowledgeable and expedient . So far so good , very happy with the level of professionalism and enthusiasm staff have at Jones white . Would highly recommend.
