Absolute Nightmare. They held my parents trust which only covered a property less than £150,000. It took 4 months before I was even able to sell the property, as the 2 trust named solicitors had left the company and they had not updated with new ones. They had to track down and have them sign to be removed and then add the new ones. They then made further errors that caused much delay during the property sale. And for the pleasure of complete delay, taking 11 months to sell a property, I was charged just over £4000!!! 2 pieces of advise - don't set up a Trust for a small estate, and don't use Jones Whyte.

I was treated badly against Health & Safety rules & Regulations by West Lothian Council and chose Jones Whyte Law to represent me! After receiving all the required necessary information and i received the same from J.W.L it was a fairly quick process taking them to court and winning my case which was really straight forward in gaining the correct compensation for my injuries sustained being instructed to carry out duties which were blatently against Health and Safety according to my union GMB. I would definitely recommend anyone else to stand for what they believe and use J.W.L to represent them legally as i did. William Scott
