Jones Whyte solicitor did great job with my case. They have a good online service even I did not go to office, everything is done over online. However, they transfer case to different solicitors in their office and that a bit annoying because when they transfer case to another person they will ask again same supporting documents that you have already sent. I hope they make sure to improve this. Great job
