Worst company ever. Trying to get our funds and documents back from them, for months, letters from my lawyer, calls emails from me to no avail.

The staff at Jones Whyte were always friendly, helpful and polite and showed patience in explaining procedures and answering questions. It was usually easy to make contact and speak to someone at the end of the line, and they rang back or emailed if they weren’t available at first. They were flexible in arranging payment methods, and provided copies of records when requested.
