I was fortunate to have been assigned Ronnie as my conveyancer and solicitor. It is the first time I have bought a house in Scotland and his support was outstanding. His attitude and personable nature was spot on and he was very understanding as I had many (daft) questions. Critically, his ability to take time and translate complex legal speech into language that I could understand was first class. There was a technical issue with the deed which was dealt with to my full satisfaction in a very professional manner.
