I would like to thank Blaine Rutherford for explaining everything about me and my husband’s will he was a great help very nice guy very pleasant I was with McClure and Blaine told us that everything that was done by them is with them now and it was very nice talking to Blaine my husband and I will keep with Jones and Whyte there a nice company and we’ll be asking for Blaine he’s so professional because he explains everything with you and tells you everything you need to know I would like to thank Blaine again yours Mrs Mary Mcintosh

Great service

The way Ramsay Kershaw answered and helped with all my concerns. I have gone through a very stressful time when both of my parents had started to decline and need more help. At this time when I needed all our affairs to be in order Mc Clures went out of business!! This didn't really help my stress levels and was the last thing I needed. I'm a demanding client as I want to know all the information, I tend to leave no stone unturned and the added stress of all that was going on probably made me worse. Every question and problem that arose was dealt with promptly by Ramsay. He alleviated my concerns and always got the job done. That was a great help in my time of need. More than this though he was always very professional and ALWAYS a true gent. I can't thank him enough. Mark,M

Things had started off great

Things had started off great , then after a short period of time went downhill quite rapidly . When telephone appointments were supposed to happen they didnt until i phoned over 1 hour later to find out why , very unprofessional. To this day 2 further appointments were made with no contact i waited 3 months with numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails that went unanswered until finally they made contact and another appointment was made , that has been and gone almost 2 months ago and yet again no contact was made , no explanation no email . I recieved a letter from another department at Jones Whyte stating they were dealing with my fathers will and if i was disputing it to get in touch , well that was the reason i needed them for in the first place and they had been dealing with that on my behalf for the last 8 months , i do not understand how my name never flagged up on there system as a client before the letter was sent , makes me feel like i have spent nearly £1500 and little to no progress has been made . 2 complaints have been made , 1 being a verbal to express how i feel about a service i am paying for and the 2nd being an official complaint that gets passed to a supervisor which gets followed up and suprise i have had no contact from them about that either ! During a time of great sadness and difficulties with the lose of my parents and family disputes i really needed somebody professional to fight my corner , it seems up to present my expectations have fallen short .

Friendly service

Jones & Whyte dealt with my mother inlaws estate they made it as easy as possible in stressful times i would like to give a mention to Abbie Weir who dealt with my wife and i she was polite professional answered emails promptly and kept us informed going through the differet stages I have no problems recommending Jones & Whyte to anyone
