Avoid this website

I ordered from the Irish website on the 12th of December, and received no invoice or proof of purchase. I emailed them on the 17th for an update and no response. I have escalated with PayPal this issue, and they will investigate and issue a refund. I recommend for anyone online shopping, protect yourself but using PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order on the 9th of December and today is the 19th and my order is still somewhere in the Netherlands!! I am based in Ireland Most likely it won’t be delivered for Christmas I sent emails to Customer Service and I called and I received no help at all I will never use this website again

Non delivery

I ordered an item from this site 9th December. It is for a Christmas present! I received no dispatch notification yet and have tried contacting the company via email, instagram and Facebook with no reply as yet!!! It’s hugely frustrating as I paid a lot of money for this item and could have ordered from another company had I known how poor this company was and how bad the customer service is !!!

I ordered perfume at 07/12, and 20/12 come 2 weeks later, this time of delivery is very long, and I'm not sure is a problem because Christmas busy time or is is always like that, I give 2 stars at the moment

Unresponsive Customer Service - Item Seemingly Lost

Item dispatched on December 3rd and tracking died on December 4th. Parfumdreams now not responding to mails. Will initiate a chargeback.

Perfume ordered for Christmas present…

Perfume ordered for Christmas present more than 2 weeks ago and no communication about tracking numbers provided. I emailed them about 1 week ago asking for a tracking number but have gotten zero replies from them. I would warn everyone not to order from them unless you want to throw away your money.
