I ordered some bits for my daughters a year ago and paid €10 for a members discount as the discount was more than the fee. There was nothing to suggest that this was a yearly subscription at the time. I only used them that 1 time. They took a payment from my credit card this year to renew this without any permission. I have serious issues with companies that try these underhanded tactics. I got it refunded but I had to email them to complain.

No updates to explain why order has been stuck in Netherlands for over a week. Three emails,no reply. Constantly trying the phone helpline, all users busy leave a message we’ll call you back. Reporting to PayPal now, will try order elsewhere in time for Christmas. Disaster of customer service

Is this a joke asking me to review products I haven't even received yet and in the 10 days since I ordered still no delivery date

Good service, but a bit slow as to receiving the ordered gift card PDF. It took 24 hours to be submitted.

Great customer service. I had an issue where I was double charged (My fault - I reloaded the page as it was charging my card). I emailed that night but ended up calling their free hotline the next morning. My call was immediately answered and I was reassured they were aware and it was being dealt with. That same day I got an email response saying the same thing and the issue has now been resolved.

I ordered Jean Paul Gautier Ultra Male, I got a 125ml bottle for about 85 euro and people were saying the delivery is very bad but it came when they said it would and in excellent condition I really recommend parfumdreams and hope you can get a good deal too!
