Please don't make appointments when the Pharmacy is shut for lunch! Pharmacist was very good and thorough.

Over 30 minutes late with the appointment. It’s expensive so I’d expect better timekeeping.

I wasn’t too impressed with my appointment - they didn’t have a history of my vaccinations, didnt clearly tell me upfront all the details of the vaccinations - I had to probe to get my answers, and the appointment wasn’t private as there was another person walking in and out with their laptop. I still paid the admin fee but I didn’t think I should have. I will look elsewhere or go to a different branch.

The understanding of the nurse. She was very helpful and supportive when I told her that I was trying to pay for the parking lot and she gave me the time to do that because she wouldn’t like me to get a ticket for not paying. She would not want me to wait unnecessarily.

Readily available slots and a chat with a nurse before appointment to decide what vaccination needed. This was really helpful as I realised I only needed one. The nurse wa friendly and professional. Excellent service.
